· To enable More Than customers to report a car accident in real-time, through their iPhone
· To promote More Than as an innovative brand, as a company that’s exploiting the latest technology to enhance its customer service
· To speed up the administration involved with processing accident claims and archiving users’ details – using a digital, automated process
Our response
Having worked with More Than to fully understand their requirements, we put forward our recommendations for an accident reporting application.
Subscribers to the application will be able to:
· access contact details for More Than’s accident claim departments, including the one nearest where they are at that time
· find out about reporting an accident, using simple forms that are easy to fill in and are already part completed (with the date, their phone number and their location, using GPS)
· send photos of the incident via their device
· send their accident claim to the insurance company who will then get in contact with them directly.
